Plain-language summary
TradeFloWins is an educational market-analysis app. Your journal, theses, positions, and analysis history are stored on your device by default. We do not run a trading account, broker integration, or ad-tracking network. In Release / TestFlight builds we may receive crash and diagnostic data (via Firebase Crashlytics) to keep the app stable. That diagnostic data is not linked to your identity for tracking and is not your trading journal.

2. Educational purpose
The App provides market analysis tools and personal documentation only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and it is not a broker or execution platform.
3. Information we process
3.1 Data that stays on your device
Unless you export, share, or send it yourself, the following is stored locally on your device (e.g. SwiftData / app storage and preferences):
- Watchlist symbols and related display fields
- Portfolio / position notes you enter
- Thesis documents, criteria, and learning records
- Analysis results, confluence scores, and journal entries
- App preferences (e.g. analysis timeframe, UI settings)
- Optional API keys you paste for third-party market-data providers (device secure storage / Keychain as implemented)
We do not operate a TradeFloWins cloud account that syncs your journal to our servers.
3.2 Data you choose to send us
If you email support, we receive what you include (email address, device details, screenshots, bug description). Do not send secrets or unnecessary financial account details.
3.3 Crash and performance diagnostics (Release / TestFlight)
In Release and TestFlight builds, the App may use Firebase Crashlytics (Google) for:

- Collection is disabled in DEBUG developer builds.
- Reports are not designed to include your trading journal or thesis text as product features.
- dSYM files may be uploaded during our build process for symbolication.
- See Google’s Firebase/Crashlytics privacy terms for their processing.
3.4 Market data from third parties
Prices and bars may be requested from providers you configure or enable (e.g. free Yahoo chart endpoints, or paid APIs such as Polygon / MBOUM when you supply a key). Those providers process requests under their own policies.
3.5 Purchases (Apple)
In-app purchases are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We receive entitlement status as needed to unlock features. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
3.6 Notifications
If enabled, Apple’s push infrastructure and your device settings apply. Disable in iOS Settings.
3.7 What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use the App for cross-app tracking for advertising.
- We do not collect precise location for core features.
- We do not require a TradeFloWins account for journal storage.
- We do not provide brokerage custody or automatic broker pulls in the current design.
4. How we use information
- Provide the App (local journal, preferences, on-device analysis using market data you fetch)
- Stability (Crashlytics in Release/TestFlight)
- Support (respond to emails you send)
- Purchases (honor Premium via Apple)
- Legal compliance and safety
5. Sharing
We share only as needed with: Apple; Google (Crashlytics); market-data providers you use; website hosting if any; authorities when required by law; successors in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
- On-device data: until you delete it, remove the App, or erase the device.
- Support emails: as needed to resolve requests and reasonable records.
- Crash diagnostics: per Firebase defaults and operational needs.
7. Your choices
- Delete local data via in-app controls where available, or delete the App.
- Export features create files you control.
- Remove API keys in Settings.
- Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

8. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to a local-first app. No electronic storage is 100% secure. Protect your device.
9. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children via the product.
10. International users
Diagnostic and support data may be processed in the United States or other locations where our processors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those processors (see their documentation).
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The dates at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
